What will it take to beat the Pats, you ask? Any of the following:

(1) The Fridge, McMahon, and a little Sweetness.

(2) Successful subterfuge of certain of the NFL's rules, particularly (perhaps) a Bush-ordered wiretapping of Belichick's office, or a secret taping of the signal calls during practice.

(3) If none of the above, the successful execution of (a) a strong pass rush, sacking Brady multiple times and getting pressure on him when not sacking him, (b) sure tackling, and (c) a consistent and powerful running attack.

some good highlights! I second the Seahawks game, Harrison in November & winning Ohio as high on my list.

A few other to throw (or run) into the mix:
-Sepulveda's pass to Najeh against the Rams. It just felt so good.
-Late season Woodley
-Tomlin's 1st half headset hair and then subsequent change in the 2nd half to a hat in the wild card match.
-Tomlin in general. I like this guy. Hell of a rookie year for someone a few years older than myself!
-Arians on the sidelines. On the SIDELINES, not Arians himself (that I will not comment on at the moment - though I am sure if ther worst to moments get aired, Arians might have some more airtime), I just like coaches on the sidelines and not in the booth. I think it changes the energy on the sideline. I respect the decision to be in the booth and analyze (Whiz won a Super Bowl) - I just say have the assistants do it!

I dunno what it was, but I saw Adrian Peterson coming from a mile away. Watching him in college, he just had a combination of explosiveness, strength, and agility that I had not seen before in my 10 short years of actually watching and studying the game.

But I totally agree with what you are saying about injuries. And as entertaining as "Jacked Up!" may be to some, to me it's just encouraging a mentality of tackling big or not at all and losing the importance of any skill in tackling. Players are just looking to run into each other as hard as they can at full sprints, and hopefully harder than the other person so that everybody can give him props for "fucking that dude up!". I understand football is a game of collisions, but it is so much more than seeing who can hit the other guys the hardest.

"Steaktacular" means your team won by at least 20 points.

At least, that's what I was told when I got one. I didn't bother to fact-check.
